Personal information is collected only when you Contact Us. We only collect your name, your email address and details of your website requirements. In the first instance, your full name is not required.

Use of Collected Information

In accordance with The Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, personal data supplied by a person as part of a website design project is retained solely for the purposes of that project.

We do not use any form of 'cookie' to store information on your computer.

Security & Disclosures

All personal information is stored on our secure database. Should a website design proposal not materialise, all personal information will be deleted from our database. All personal information is deleted when a project is completed to the satisfaction of the customer. No personal information is published or passed to a third party.

You may instruct us by email at any time to remove your personal information from our database.
